Stokehouse Pasta And Bar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing counter-notifications regarding content hosted on our websites or services.

We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly remove any infringing material upon receipt of a valid notification of copyright infringement, as described below.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our website or services infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) for further detail):

  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the Infringing Material: Provide the URL(s) or other specific location(s) on our site where the material that you claim is infringing is located. Please be as specific as possible to allow us to locate the material quickly.
  3. Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of Accuracy and Authority: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3) for further detail):

  • Identification of the Removed Material: Identify the specific material that Stokehouse Pasta And Bar has removed or disabled access to, and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Stokehouse Pasta And Bar may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
